We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how HearDesk can help your business.
- To protect the form against spam, bots, and abuse.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
We use your information only for the purposes above. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
04 Where it is stored
Your submission is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, which we use to host this site and our database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
05 How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
06 Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@heardesk.com and we will act on it promptly.

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
